In 2012, while decompressing post Burning Man in Portland, I took part in a creative writing workshop session at the hostel in Hawthorne I was staying at. This story came out of it.
In September 2014, just around the Autumn Equinox and at the time of a very deep transition in my life, I have travelled abroad to participate in a guided psychedelic weekend ceremony. One element of the weekend was inhalation of excretion of Incilius alvarius toad (commonly known as Bufo alvarius). Few days later I attempted, once again, the impossible task of putting an incredible and ineffable experience into words.

In the summer of 2011 I embarked on a journey that was long time in preparation – a journey in search for medicines and indigenous knowledge in the jungles and mountains of Peru. I was writing a travel blog for most of my trip and collated the entries in these two parts.
On first Saturday of the new year I have kickstarted my year long walk around London. Here is a bit of reporting on that first section, which turned out to be a very enjoyable winter day.
In January 2016, I spent 10 days in complete darkness and isolation and recorded my experience in these detailed notes.
